Refund policy
Sales are final once downloaded
PraXifly is downloadable source code delivered immediately after purchase, so sales are final once the files have been downloaded. Please try the live demo and read “What you need” before buying.
When we refund
Within 14 days of purchase, we refund if you have not downloaded the files; if the files you received are corrupted or incomplete (they do not match the published SHA-256 checksums) and a fresh download does not fix it; or if you were charged twice or by mistake.
What we do not refund
Changing your mind after downloading, not having the skills or services listed in “What you need”, or your costs for hosting, database, domain, payment fees or anyone you hire. Installation and technical support are not included with any plan.
How refunds are paid
Purchases are made through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. To ask for one, email us with your order number.
After a refund
Your license ends and the license key is disabled. Please delete the software.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, or under Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms.
